Financial sanctions prohibit a person or business from carrying out transactions with a listed individual or entity. Financial sanctions apply to all transactions that take place, there is no minimum required financial amount imposed.
Many companies don't know that sanctions lists exist and they are unaware of the legal obligation to ensure that individuals or entities who they transact business with are not on the sanctions lists.
Sanctions Online provide a facility for you to search one or many sanctions list and each search is rescreened every time the list you have searched is updated (subject to your continued subscription for that list).
